About
He is often wandering around as though he is lost, but he really just has no set destination. He likes to take naps in random travelers shadows and will follow them around there if he is interested in watching them for a while. He goes by Gio or Gia only to close friends, yet he will tell everyone else he has just met that his name is Cicero.
Personality
Cicero is a calm and quiet individual. He appears stoic and cold on the outside, but he genuinely cares for his friends and has very fragile emotions. While he may not show it, he cares strongly for his friends and will gladly assist them in anything as long as he isn't taking a nap. He also takes great joy in bugging his friends in a playful manner.
History
Cicero was full of wanderlust once he was introduced into this new world, so much so that the excitement of using his wings didn't hit him until long after he started exploring, taking in the scenery from above. In his practice, he has learned to use aer sorcia to move around much faster than his wings would allow. He enrolled in classes to learn more about Aer sorcia and picked up Nox sorcia while he was there, which he uses to blink around the battlefield through shadows for sneak attacks.
Skills
Wind Propulsion
He blasts air in any direction away from his body. He can use this to maneuver around a battlefield very quickly or to push enemies away.
Shadow Step
He can blink short distances by merging into shadows, including his own and those made by others. Traveling longer distances through shadows takes up more energy rather than blinking a short distance. He will have to stay quiet if he is trying to hide or else he can be found. If he gets struck while hiding in a shadow, he takes damage and gets expelled out of the shadow.
