Cicero is a very sleepy “go with the flow” kind of individual. Willing to help out wherever he is needed so long as he takes naps before and after the task

Personality
Cicero is a calm and quiet individual, he appears stoic and cold on the outside, but he genuinely cares for his friends and has very fragile emotions. While he may not show it, he cares strongly for his friends and will gladly assist them in anything as long as he isn't taking a nap. He also takes great joy in bugging his friends in a playful manner.
History
Cicero was full of wanderlust once he was introduced into this new world, so much so that the excitement of using his wings didn't hit him until long after he started exploring taking in the scenery from above. In his practice, He has learned to use aer sorcia to move around much faster than his wings would allow. He enrolled in classes to learn more about Aer sorcia and picked up Nox sorcia while he was there, which he uses to blink around the battlefield through shadows for sneak attacks

Wind propulsion He blasts air in any direction away from his body. He can use this to maneuver around a battlefield very quickly or to push enemies away
