name = typitop
Last Updated: โ fiaKaiera 2018/02/08 19:53
The first part of the identity section inside the Typyl profile both shows what they are physically and how they identify themselves as.
This part of the guide could be controversial to some: Phyisque and Orientation, which is other terms physical sex and gender orientation. The reason they are different in name so it is clearly pointed out what they are in the sections below.
This part of the guide covers two sections: Physique and Orientation.
For the other two sections inside Identity, they are placed in ๐ฐ Typyl: Sign instead.
Physique
name = physq
Code in Template:physiq
Format:{symbol} {name}
This is not to be confused with gender, which is determined by psychologically, and not physically.
The physique or the physical characteristics of the body defines what is an individual's physical biological sex, which is determined through the individual's biological and physical traits.
Physique is determined upon birth or antecedence. For Typyl, this can actually be changed through the process of type-casting. In Typyl culture, they don't have to match their orientation to their physique.
Remember: Terms listed here does not reflect from human culture since they are different for Typyl than in reality.
Physiques | |||
---|---|---|---|
โ Male | โ Female | โฆ Aphale | ? Unidentified |
Has male biological traits, possibly more masculine build | Has female biological traits, possibly more feminine build | Has both male and female biological traits, partially or fully | Does not reveal, refuses to tell or constantly shifts in-between |
โป Humans and Typyl have completely different makeup of their bodies. Typyl are more similar to birds than humans. For more information, refer to the Sexual Dimophism section in Detailed Typyl Information.
Orientation
name = ornt
Code in Template:orient
This is not to be confused with sexual orientation (sexual attraction) or sexual identity.
(the thought of what sex an individual is attracted to)
The orientation, fully known as gender identity of a Typyl specifically points to and determines their gender identity. It is how an individual sees their innermost concept and perception of themselves viewing themselves as either equal or outside of their physique.
Orientation starts Genless at birth and is determined overtime. This, however can also be dynamically changed during their lifespan. It is possible for a typyl to have multiple genders. However, their profile will only show their most prominent gender in the infobox. (in the box right of their page) If it is considered, they should be specified in their profile outside the infobox.
Remember: in Typyl culture, they don't have to match their orientation to their physique.
Remember: Terms listed here does not reflect from human culture since they are different for Typyl than in reality. These are made as blunt and direct as possible and will not extend into deep explanations.
