Issa Colla is one of the deceased Presav who represents the aspect :caelum: Caelum and a participant of the Hidden Anthropomorphic Compound project. He is best friends with HAC participants Kentaro Terre and Ino Palta. He is the grandfather and predecessor of the now Sav :caelum: Caelum Isa Colla.

Issa is one of the original participants that underwent Antecedence through an incident relating to the Hidden Anthropomorphic Compound project, unwillingly contributing to the Saviand Anomaly.

In the HAC, Issa provides the weather forecasts and gives predictions about when natural phenomena such as earthquakes happen.

Issa was a very calm and a sort of shy person. With that, he continuously refers himself as an “empathetic panda” and tries hard to be nice around him. Despite this, he fails to calm down the atmosphere despite his efforts when his extravagant best friends Kentaro Terre and Ino Palta starts to make noise.

Outside of hanging out with his friends, Issa likes to be alone at certain times, having a fascination with the weather and likes to give predictions of what will happen next just by doing simple observation. Some say that his predictions are 80% of the time accurate.

Mostly maintaining his calmness and shyness of his attitude, Issa was mostly the same, save for his own body, still spreading around a calm and nice atmosphere around him.

Issa does weather forecasting, observation and research. With the proper tools given to him, he figured out how to give an almost accurate observation to the surrounding weather inside and outside the compound. Because of this, he announces weather forecasts and would like to give suggestions when is the right time and weather to do certain actions.

As a Typyl, Issa unknowingly gained the Sorcia to lift heavy objects without problem as if these objects were made out of marshmallows. This makes Issa one of the few HAC participants that has the ability to use Sorcia.
