Terje Vinter is a freshman high school student in Castelia Academy in Ask Castelia Academy. He is the cousin of and lives with Geir Evjen. Terje was also a character in Lumiose University in Ask Lumiose University

Terje is an extremely energetic, outgoing individual. He is very well-liked for his bubbly, friendly nature. However, he is also very feared by some students for his outstanding strength and capabilities in battling. Terje is also very clever and loves to put his imagination and creativity to the test!

Terje is a shiny emolga. He has a large tuft of hair on his head that points more to the right. He has bright blue eyes and has a pair of buck teeth sticking out of the top of his mouth.

Terje is a young emolga who is always bursting with energy and volume. He is a rather hyperactive individual, unable to sit still and prone to fidgeting. He also has a tendency to act tough and can attack at full force if he is provoked enough. Although he is a little bit of a nuisance to some, Terje is quite aware of others' feelings and tries his best to tone down his energy when he feels fit (although he does find it very, very difficult).

Even though he seems too childish, Terje is very intelligent and crafty. He is extremely talented at problem-solving, which with no doubt, makes math and physics easily his best subjects. He also loves to build things, and is always coming up with new, innovative ideas for potential inventions. When his mind is set on a project, he has a tendency to stay in his room for days.
