Tempo is a normal coloured midday Lycanroc. He doesn't have much of a prominent snout as most lycanrocs do. He has neatly-kempt wavy hair and as equally neatly-kempt neck fur. The stones on his neck fur are rather short and blunt. He has light blue eyes that look similar to his brother's, and wears round glasses (since October 13, 2017). When not wearing his uniform, he prefers to wear a dark-blue vest with a white t-shirt underneath, and beige shorts.

Tempo is a well-mannered 'mon. He's friendly and soft-spoken, always acting gentle towards others. He tries to be very understanding and listens to his friends problems carefully. He doesn't enjoy conflict and tries to stay as calm and as peaceful as possible during difficult times. He is also rather sensitive and can become easily flustered even at a silly joke aimed at him. Tempo is also very secretive; he hates revealing his own emotions and always tries to stay happy or tries to change the subject. However, at a breaking point, he can become extremely emotional and has trouble controlling his powers.

Around his twin brother though, Tempo's personality changes a little bit. Although he retains the previous qualities he acts sassier towards Medley; all in good fun.

In school, Tempo is quite studious and enjoys his subjects, especially mathematics. Although he doesn't quite know what his future holds for him, he finds that it's enough to just try his best right now.

Tempo appeared in a teaser silhouette photo along with Medley and Gerolt in October 2016. He later appeared in Medley's flashback during the Thanksgiving Event in November 2016, where he was shown to ask Medley if Neville could tag along at the event. Later, he made his first official appearance in the very first post of Episode 2, where he is seen apologizing to Medley for not spending time with him during his visit to Unova.

• Episode 2: Tempo was prominently featured in this episode. It focused on the mending of Tempo's strained relationship with his twin. Tempo, having hidden his feelings from Medley for a long time, reveals that he feels that he is a disappointment and has an extremely negative outlook on himself from the incidents of their past. In the end, Medley assures him that he is not and they decide to try and heal together.

• Episode ??: Tempo is to be featured in a future episode with Otto.

• Medley Vonk: Tempo's identical twin. The two used to be inseparable, however during their high school years they fell apart. Now in university, Tempo and Medley are trying to become close again.
• Braham Butler: One of Tempo's best friends since he moved to Castelia City. It is known that Braham was one of Tempo's first friends.
• Neville Roig: One of Tempo's friends since he moved to Castelia City. They seem to be good friends, and were even classmates in chemistry.
• Otto van Neren: It is revealed that Otto knows Tempo and is concerned for him. Not much else is known so far.

Tempo occasionally participates in HackHarmonia events.
