Tempo Vonk is a freshman college student in Harmonia University in Ask Castelia Academy. He is the identical twin of Medley Vonk.

Although he was rowdy and energetic when he was younger, Tempo’s evolution caused him to develop a more even-tempered personality. He is very optimistic and always tries to cheer on his friends. He is extremely intelligent, however there are times where he displays traits closer to his brother’s, such as impetuousity.

Tempo is a normal coloured midday Lycanroc. He doesn't have much of a prominent snout as most lycanrocs do. He has neatly-kempt wavy hair and as equally neatly-kempt neck fur. The stones on his neck fur are rather short and blunt. He has light blue eyes that look similar to his brother's, and wears round glasses (since October 13, 2017). When not wearing his uniform, he prefers to wear a dark-blue vest with a white t-shirt underneath, and beige shorts.

There was a time when Tempo was as rowdy and energetic as his brother, however the events after his evolution caused him to develop a more even-tempered personality. To his friends, he is quite optimistic and always tries to cheer them on. He is highly intelligent and carefully thinks over everything, although there are some stressful times where he becomes impetuous like his brother.

Although he seems quite cheerful all the time, he is shown to be quite gloomy when talking about himself. He tends to be a little bit secretive about his true feelings and plans. Or maybe he's just too shy to share them with others.
