Marshall Perrier is a freshman high school student in Castelia Academy in Ask Castelia Academy.

Marshall always acts cute and childish, and is rather popular with the girls at school, although he is not particularly interested in them. He tends to be a little effeminate and is a bit of a neat freak. He has a bit of trouble controlling his emotions and makes him seem sensitive.

Marshall is a shiny Meowstic. He differs from the normal Meowstic from the fact that his hair is long enough to cover one of his eyes, and he lacks the white markings on the upper tip of his ears.
