Jokull is a shiny glaceon. Instead of the usual “headpiece” that glaceons have, Jokull's consists of hair and his flaps are flat instead of pointed. His tail also has a flat tip as well. His ears have 2 round tufts on the tips. He has icy blue eyes and dark eyelids. Jokull's clothing of choice is a read turtleneck sweater, with a white and blue stripe going through the middle, slightly reminiscent of the flag of his home country.

Jokull is a brand-new professor at Harmonia University, teaching abstract algebra. He has a cool demeanor, usually remaining calm and collected during stressful situations. He is extremely welcoming and helpful to students, and really makes sure they understand the difficult material he teaches. Students like him for his easy-going nature. Jokull also tends to be quite talkative, and has a rather articulate and sophisticated way of speaking, which makes him quite interesting to chat with.

Jokull also has a tendency to act passive-aggressive at times, acting and talking in a scarily friendly tone when he wants to be sarcastic. A couple of his colleagues, namely Mitzi Fitzgerald, find this trait irritating. But students find it hilarious.
