Kira is one of the participants that underwent human transferrence through an incident relating to the Hidden Anthropomorphic Compound project, unwillingly contributing to the The Saviand Anomaly.

Kira acts as a mediator between the HAC participants, sometimes acting as a leader to the others. He gives actions and suggestions based on the current situation at hand. Though relied on, some of his plans fails at times.
