Issa Colla

Issa Colla is one of the deceased Presav and a participant of the Hidden Anthropomorphic Compound project. He is best friends with HAC participants Kentaro Terre and Ino Palta. He is the grandfather and predecessor of the now Sav Caelum Isa Colla.

As a Presav, he represents the aspect Caelum.

Issa is one of the participants that underwent human transference through an incident relating to the Hidden Anthropomorphic Compound project, unwillingly contributing to the The Saviand Anomaly.

In the HAC, Issa provides the weather forecasts and gives predictions when natural phenomena such as earthquakes happen.

Issa was a very calm and a sort of shy person. With that, he continuously refers himself as an “empathetic panda” and tries hard to be nice around him. Despite this, he fails to calm down the atmosphere despite his efforts when his extravagant best friends Kentaro Terre and Ino Palta starts to make noise.

Outside of hanging out with his friends, Issa likes to be alone at certain times, having a fascination with the weather and likes to give predictions of what will happen next just by doing simple observation. Some say that his predictions are 80% of the time accurate.

Mostly maintaining his calmness and shyness of his attitude, Issa was mostly the same, save for his own body, still spreading around a calm and nice atmosphere around him.

Issa does weather forecasting, observation and research. With the proper tools given to him, he figured out how to give an almost accurate observation to the surrounding weather inside and outside the compound. Because of this, he announces weather forecasts and would like to give suggestions when is the right time and weather to do certain actions.

As a Typyl, Issa unknowingly gained the Sorcia to lift heavy objects without problem as if these objects were made out of marshmallows. This makes Issa one of the few HAC participants that has the ability to use Sorcia.

Unlike his best friends Kentaro and Ino who wanted to partake in the H.A.C. project to take a spin on their lives, Issa decides to take the H.A.C. for a different purpose.

Never Issa could have thought that he would have a better chance of using weather analysis tools if he took the H.A.C. With his fascination of weather he cannot avoid the thought of exploring different climates and weather that other places outside of his place have to offer. Though, this has taken him to resent since he will be disconnected from his family.

His parents are surprised to hear his offer on partaking in the HAC for research. With Issa thinking that he would be denied, to his shock his parents agreed since they themselves try to give new knowledge to the world through research. As long as it advances the world, he can take it. With no doubt, Issa took the key, only to find out Kentaro and Ino has taken one as well.

• Issa's name, attitude and design is a variation of the Animal Yokochō character Issa.
• Issa is one of the Presav that maintained the design despite the rest having a total or slight redesign of the character.
• Issa's name was originally Isaru, which is instead passed on to the Sav Caelum and successor of Issa named Isaru Colla.
• Issa is considered to be one of the few who has the ability to use Sorcia among all of the Presav before their tragic end.
