Cillian Fionnagán (Japanese: シリヤン siriyan) is one the faculty members of Ask PokéProfs at Kalos Miare College High, teaching the English Language.

An Irish athlete who started running on track until he ended up in an incident that makes him not to be allowed to participate anymore. His knowledge and graduate studies of language ends up allowing to be part of Kalos Miare as an intructor as a backup plan after recovery and is given the chance to be the coach of the athletic track team.

Cillian can be really nice according to some, especially in Track but this niceness could be a façade when teaching, pulling a lot of seriousness in the task at hand while maintaining a positive attitude, making sure that everyone gets the point of the topic. Repetition is one of the keys on how he teaches them. He can actually speak English without an Irish accent but doesn't use it outside teaching pronounciation, which students and co-workers find it weird.

Even when retired from being an athlete, he still partakes in active activities such as jogging or doing official battles but is now more cautious, being careful not to make another accident again. However, this is mostly denied through is actions as he tends to be clumsy at times.

Claire is permitted to do a constant check-up on him just in case that his injuries can fully recover.
