Rhea Pachbelle is one of the deceased Presav and a participant of the Hidden Anthropomorphic Compound project. As a Presav, she represents the aspect Vox.

Rhea is one of the participants that underwent human transference through an incident relating to the Hidden Anthropomorphic Compound project, unwillingly contributing to the The Saviand Anomaly.

Rhea is a more care free girl then most, normally fine with going with the flow. Despite this, she is focused and invested when it comes to music. Since she was young she had always had a talent for playing instruments and composing music. Her best friends Hatch and Iya had bought a violin for her birthday. Even though the music club keeps trying to get her to sing for plays and productions, Rhea refuses each time asked due to her believing it to be the one part of music she is is not good at despite Hatch and Iya's positive feedback.

Rhea is an entertainer to the Presav, who thinks of ways of doing fun things when a group of Presav are on break. Though, this is greatly hindered by her creativity, limiting to some options when no one else is suggesting.

Rhea has no capability to play music nor have the capability to summon one once traveled to Furria. This is greatly hindered because she can only bring accessories such as rings as remembrance. Though, this allowed her to have a creative mind and allowed her to create new and unique instruments and recreate old ones from materials gathered and with the help of other Presav. Rhea can actually sing, but she believes its not her strong point and seen doing so when walking at times.

Rhea joined the H.A.C. due to believing that she could find out more about her self. Thinking that she would be able to find out who she wanted to be and what she could do with that information. Her family caught on and demanded that she would not be allowed to go since they only were thinking of the music career she would have. The next day she had an argument with them were she explained how she wanted to better herself and find her own path instead of letting others tell her what she can and can't do. Although understanding her feelings they were still not wanting her to leave unless she could prove to them she was sure of the choice she was making. To show that them she was, she had composed a beautiful piece on piano. Accepting that Rhea was set on going they reluctantly let her go on the day of the transport.
