Lauren Beauchêne (Japanese: ロオレン rooren) is the current and founding dean of Kalos Miare College High and a part of Ask PokéProfs, and is the disguised mother of Mocha Beauchêne.

Lauren is a gentle, motherly Ampharos who takes care of Mocha while in his stay. While gentle in heart, she is a lot considerate of many factors and sometimes can be easily persuaded at times for forgiveness. At times, even students even go to her for advice when she is availaible in her office.

She is the original founder and the first principal of Kalos Miare College High and is a respected sociability of the Beauchêne family line. Outside of doing principal duties in the school, she also teaches Science and make everyone keep wondering as an effective method of teaching.

Lauren always have a high interest on students with special needs or students that are willing to express creativity at their best. Though, she has no favoritism and doesn't like to do bias of doing favorites.

Lauren likes to drink tea, coffee and wine and prefers to place them in a martini glass.

Lauren is a normal Ampharos of with long hair, some of it tied at the back covered by a pale brown dress with a brown cape.

Lauren sadly tells Mocha about him not being able to return to his world, due to having a number of circumstances. After having doubts of the situation, Lauren offers to give Mocha a home to live in along with some commodities that will help him along the way. Only in one condition: Mocha will have to stay as a student as long as his stay in the campus and with the name Lauren has given to her: Mocha Beauchêne. Mocha gladly accepts and the blog starts from that point onward.

Lauren calls Mocha in order to thank him about the renovations he suggested and asks him about his life. Lauren then proceeds to thank Mocha about his findings on his world and then asks Mocha about if he is able to know French.

Mocha tells Lauren that he doesn't know French, which made Lauren think of a way if he actually knows and is lying. After a while, Lauren asks a question in French and Mocha replies in the same language. In the end, it seems that Lauren knows that there may be other alterations to Mocha that he doesn't know.

Lauren shows concern to Ylva and asks her right hand Hvelther to help her out after classes. She then gives both Ylva and Hvelther a week off of work to fix the situation.

Later on during the fight between Ylva and Hvelther, Lauren can be seen stopping Priscus to halt the battle because of her believing that Hvelther can manage to stop Ylva's rage on his own despite the hardships Hvelther is going through.

• Mocha Beauchêne: Lauren is the pretend mother of Mocha. Though, Lauren is really motherly and considerate of Mocha.
• Marielle Nadezhda: Marielle helps in the research of Lauren in many aspects, as much as school related work and private researches that will improve the institution.
• Hvelther Delacroix: Hvelther is basically the right-hand of Lauren, always there for her most of the time. She can be reliant to Hvelther from time to time. She also lightly teases Hvelther a lot.
• Ylva Vera: To Lauren, Ylva helps her out to know about different rumors going around school. Lauren knows that Hvelther and Ylva are friends since she came in.
• Abigail Appleberry: Abby and Lauren's mother were High School classmates, Lauren's mother being an exchange student at the time. Just like Hvelther, Lauren likes to tease Abby about his boasting in both establishments when she gets the chance to visit.
  • This may be the reason why Kalos Miare and Virbank are rival institutions.

• Lauren is the second character made in ask-pokeprofs.
• The real reason Lauren and Hvelther are together are in the first place is because the mod thought they look together, which developed more into what their relationship is.
  • They're also supposed to be lovers but the mod decided against because it's more interesting that way.
