He is often wandering around as though he is lost, but he really just has no set destination. He likes to take naps in as many different places as possible, claiming to be "following the wind". Because of that he can be seen wandering around different continents, seeing what there is to see and napping wherever there is to nap.

He goes by Gio or Gia only to close friends, yet he will tell everyone else he has just met that his name is Cicero.

Cicero is a calm and quiet individual. He appears stoic and cold on the outside, but he genuinely cares for his friends and has very fragile emotions. While he may not show it, he cares strongly for his friends and will gladly assist them in anything as long as he isn't taking a nap. He also takes great joy in bugging his friends in a playful manner.

Cicero was full of wanderlust once he was introduced into this new world. He enjoyed it so much that on arrival, he took off into the air and flew in circles, trying to take in as much of his surroundings as his eyes could, taking in the scenery from above. In his practice, he has learned to use :aer: [[aspect>Aer]] sorcia to move around much faster than his wings would allow.

He blasts air in any direction away from his body. He can use this to maneuver around a battlefield very quickly or to push enemies away.

== Gathering Storm ==
When riled up, a barrier of wind surrounds him, pushing away small particles and keeping his vision clear. This wind barrier can also change the trajectory of some projectiles but only if they're light or slow enough. Arrows, bullets, and other fast projectiles will need focus to make a wind barrier strong enough to stop them
