How a typyl looks depends on their [[creature:typyl|typyl]]'s **Typ-type** and **Typ-fam**. It symbolizes what form a typyl adapts to particular traits of the species of their choice.

This part of the guide covers two sections: **Typ-type** and their **Typ-fam**.
To highly summarise, Typ-type and Typ-fam refers to what kind of [[wp>animal|animal]] and [[wp>species|species]] they are.

One part of their composition is their Typ-type and Typ-fam. Typyl can adapt traits and attributes depending on their Typ-type and Typ-fam. Some of them has advantages over the other but may also apply to others or may not apply to them at all.
