Scapestate

Scapestate is a status which prevents its user from achieving Downstate once HP 0 is reached. The user is initially healed a certain amount of HP upon use. This status can be removed once HP reaches 0 or once its duration is expired.

This status can still be interrupted and canceled by Wipe.
