Decoy

Decoy is a status which gives protection for up to a certain percentage of HP from any attack. The Decoy protection becomes less effective as it takes more damage. This status is removed once the Decoy's HP value reaches 0.

The user must give up the same percentage of HP as the Decoy was initially created with.
